HOW ARE OUR CLOTHES MADE?

Our design process involves working from scratch with ideas, concepts and then further illustrated down into an entire collection. The collections are designed by our Founder, Erum and then executed by the entire team. 
From conception to development, our production process is carefully hand-crafted with first quality designs, fabrics and trims to ensure quality management and customer satisfaction.

HOW CAN YOU PERSONALIZE YOUR PURCHASE?

Our personalization services includes customizing designs to meet your specific needs. This could be altering a bought product from our collections or bringing your designs to life. To avail this service you can head to our “SERVICES” menu and scroll through “PERSONALIZATION” and follow the procedure there forth. For further inquiry you can also reach us through our contact forms or drop us a message on our WhatsApp business +971 50 968 8145. 

HOW CAN YOU RENT OUT OUR CLOTHES?

Our rental service is exclusive for our customers to enjoy having our products on a daily/monthly/yearly basis. To understand our price rates you can simply view our “SERVICES” menu and scroll through “RENTALS”  and you will be able to view the rental charges of each of our products. To avail the service, after your selection, simply drop a message on our WhatsApp business +971 50 9688 145 with the product image and the period of time you require it for to get your quotation and further proceed with the purchase.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TAKE?

SHIPPING
Our shipping procedure involves a process from the first order which is then to be approved by us before you receive a receipt on your email notifying that your order is now being processed. The shipping period is about 5-7 days from the date of purchase. Our shipping costs within Dubai is 20AED and vary if in different cities in the UAE, if the order is 1000AED or above, we provide free delivery across UAE. We do not ship internationally directly from our website as of yet. For orders purchased on COD, are first run through a verification check before the order is processed.

DELIVERY
Our delivery process is between 2-3 days from the time it is shipped. We do not keep stock of our products as it is all hand-tailored, which is why the entire process takes 7-10 days that includes the tailoring and packaging time. For orders purchased on COD, require for immediate payment at the time of delivery and failure to do so will result in a legal action to be taken.


WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/ REFUND PROCESS?

CANCELLATION
Once the order has been purchased and you wish to cancel, please drop us a mail urgently within 24hours on info@labelerum.com so that an immediate action is taken. Once your order has been provided to the tailor, we will not be able to cancel the order and will then have to follow the refund/exchange policy below.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
If you wish to refund or exchange a product, we provide a provision of time within 10 days after the date of purchase to do so. If the size or shape of the item needs to be altered, we will be able to provide alteration benefits at no cost along with the 10 days receipt emailed to info@labelerum.com. However, since the product is tailor made no additional changes can be made to the product. If you wish to refund a particular item, we will be able to do so with a 10 days receipt and the amount will be restored as a credit to your account. 
Ensure all products are safely in original packaging with no damage or usage to the item and the tag attached to it. All refund or exchange items are brought to us at your cost. Once the inspection process has been completed you will receive a confirmation mail noting your balance available on your account for future purchases with Label Erum. 
NOTE: ANY PRODUCT DAMAGED FROM OUR SIDE WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT BACK INTO YOUR BANK OR EXCHANGED WITH A NEW PRODUCT.

DO WE PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, international shipping is unavailable on our website as of yet. However, our products are also available on ASOS marketplace from where you can purchase our products internationally and the products will be couriered to you via FEDEX at international live shipping rates.

HOW CAN YOU REACH US?

Our business hours are from 10AM to 5PM and you can reach us through our live chat, contact form or simply on our WhatsApp business at +971 50 9688 145. We typically respond within 5-10mins from your query.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE GARMENT?

All our products are hand-tailored and delicate, which is why we recommend dry-cleaning or hand-washing the item. Washing our products in the machine will be at your own risk and we will not be liable for any damage to your garment.
