Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@labelerum.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Mirdiff, Street 38B Villa 37/1B.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you wish to refund or exchange a product, we provide a provision of time within 10 days after the date of purchase to do so. If the size or shape of the item needs to be altered, we will be able to provide alteration benefits at no cost along with the 10 days receipt emailed to info@labelerum.com. However, since the product is tailor made no additional changes can be made to the product. If you wish to refund a particular item, we will be able to do so with a 10 days receipt and the amount will be restored as a credit to your account.  Ensure all products are safely in original packaging with no damage or usage to the item and the tag attached to it. All refund or exchange items are brought to us at your cost. Once the inspection process has been completed you will receive a confirmation mail noting your balance available on your account for future purchases with Label Erum. 
NOTE: ANY PRODUCT DAMAGED FROM OUR SIDE WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT BACK INTO YOUR BANK OR EXCHANGED WITH A NEW PRODUCT.


International Exchanges/Refunds
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped internationally, you have the right to exchange or return your order within 10 days, if product is damaged from our side or issue in sizing. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded with an available store credit within 10 business days. This will take 2 days from the date of return.
